- Room to spread out. Two full levels with two living rooms, so the group can be together without being on top of each other.
- Fire pit under the pines. Six Adirondack chairs, firewood, tiki torches and a s'mores kit, on a private wooded acre.
- The sunroom. Cathedral ceilings and windows on three sides, surrounded by tall pines. Best in fall.
Room by room
Main level
- Living room: a 75-inch TV with soundbar, an electric fireplace set in stone, a queen sofa bed and big windows looking into the trees.
- Kitchen: knotty pine cabinets under a skylight, a gas range with griddle, dishwasher, microwave and a reverse osmosis tap for purified drinking water. A breakfast bar seats 3 and the dining table seats 4 to 6.
- Sunroom: a 3-season room with a vaulted pine ceiling, windows on three sides and seating for 8. It isn't heated, so spring through fall is its best time. It opens onto the upper deck.
- Primary bedroom: king bed, private bathroom and a TV.
- Bedroom 2: queen bed and a TV, steps from the hall bathroom.
- Laundry room: full-size washer and dryer.
Lower level
The whole lower level has knotty pine walls and a northwoods cabin feel. It's where most groups end up hanging out.
- Second living room: a reclining sectional, TV and French doors out to the patio.
- Game room: Star Wars Return of the Jedi and Pac-Man arcade games, a glass-top foosball table, board games and a 75-inch TV with soundbar.
- Hot tub porch: covered and screened, so it works in every season. It's open to the outside air, which means winter soaks come with cold air and hot water.
- Infrared sauna: right next to the hot tub porch.
- Bedroom 3: over 33 feet long, with a full bed, a twin trundle, a futon and a TV. The rollaway beds can be set up here too.
- Full bathroom: steps from the sauna and hot tub.
- Workspace: an adjustable standing desk and office chair.
Outside
