Is booking direct safe?

Yes. Bookings run through Hospitable, the same system that manages our Airbnb and VRBO calendars, with secure card checkout. You get an instant confirmation and the same messages and check-in details as any other guest.

Why is it cheaper?

Airbnb and VRBO charge fees on every booking. When you book here, there's no platform in the middle, and we pass the savings on to you.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund.

When are check-in and checkout?

Check-in is 4 pm and checkout is 10 am. Both homes have self check-in with a keypad, and your door code arrives before your stay. If you'd like to arrive early, just ask. We check with our cleaners and say yes whenever we can, at no charge.

Can we add a night?

If the night before check-in or after checkout is open, we offer it at 25% off. Message us and we'll set it up.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes, both homes take up to 3 dogs. The fee is $75 per dog per stay at the 12-guest home and $50 per dog per stay at the 6-guest home.

Is there a minimum age?

The guest who books must be 25 or older.

Do we need a car?

Yes. There's no public transit to either home, and most of what you'll want to do is a 10 to 25 minute drive.

Are taxes included?

Required state and local room taxes are added at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay.

Can we book both homes together?

Yes, for groups of up to 18. Check dates on both, or message us and we'll help.
