Main level

• Living room: a sectional and a TV, with windows toward the dining area.
• Kitchen: a big island, full-size appliances, an electric range, microwave and a Keurig with a starter supply of K-cups. It's stocked with cookware, utensils and a good set of spices. There's no dishwasher, so dish soap and a drying rack are provided.
• Dining: a table plus bar stools at the island.
• Primary bedroom: queen bed and a TV.
• Full bathroom.

Lower level

• Second living room: a sectional sofa bed and a TV.
• Game room: Pac-Man and Golden Tee arcade games, board games and books.
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and a TV.
• Bedroom 3: two single beds and a TV. It's a cozy room, best for kids or two adults traveling light.
• Full bathroom.
• Desk: a small desk with fast WiFi for anyone who needs to work.
• Laundry: stacked washer and dryer, detergent provided.

Outside

• Covered deck with a dining table and seating, looking out over the creek. The roof keeps you dry, so you can sit outside even when it rains.

• Backyard with a garden and stone steps down toward the water

The view out back

The backyard looks over a creek, wetland and marsh that change with the seasons. After a wet stretch it's a full creek; in drier months it's a quieter wetland. Either way there are birds and wildlife to watch from the deck.

• Check-in 4 pm, checkout 10 am, self check-in with a keypad

• The booking guest must be 25 or older
• No parties or events; quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am
• Driveway parking only, up to 3 vehicles. The city doesn't allow street parking
• Up to 3 dogs, $50 per dog per stay. Please pick up after them in the yard
• No dishwasher
• Firewood isn't included, so bring your own for the fire pit
• Two levels connected by stairs
• One heating and cooling system for the whole home, so the floors can feel a little different
• The deck, grill and fire pit depend on the weather in winter
• Septic: please flush toilet paper only
• The outdoor storage sheds are off limits

Checkout is simple

• Wash any dishes you used, or leave them on the drying rack
• Leave used towels on the bathroom or bedroom floor
• Put the trash in the bins by the shed
• Scoop any dog waste into the trash can under the deck
• Turn off lights and fans, close the windows and lock the front door

How many guests can stay?

Up to 6 guests. That limit is set by the city permit.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes, up to 3 dogs, for $50 per dog per stay. Please pick up after them in the yard.

Is it good for little kids?

Yes. There's a crib, a high chair and a travel crib, plus arcade games downstairs.

How far is it from downtown and the waterparks?

About 9 minutes to downtown Wisconsin Dells and 15 to 20 minutes to most of the waterparks.

What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am, with self check-in by keypad.
