Stuff's Restaurant Review: The Breakfast Spot We Keep Coming Back To
Visited June 2026

Every Dells trip needs a reliable breakfast spot, and ours is Stuff's. It's a classic family diner on Hwy 13, a few minutes from my homes, and it's the first place I tell guests about when they ask where to eat breakfast. We stopped in again on a June morning in 2026 before a day out.
Quick highlights
- A long-running family diner on State Hwy 13 N, north of downtown
- Known for stuffed buns, plus biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict and skillets
- Breakfast served all day, open about 7 am to 2 pm
- Casual, friendly and easy with kids

What it's like
Stuff's is exactly what you want from a small-town diner: a bright, simple dining room, friendly service and big breakfast plates. It's not fancy, and it doesn't try to be.

The menu is big on breakfast. The stuffed buns are the house specialty, and there are all the diner classics: eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict and skillets.

Why we like it
- Location. It's on the north side of town, close to my homes and away from the downtown breakfast crowds.
- It's easy. A big menu with something for everyone, including picky kids.
- It sets up the day. A big breakfast here, then a waterpark or a boat tour.
Practical details
- Address: 4144 State Hwy 13 N, Wisconsin Dells, WI
- Hours: about 7 am to 2 pm daily (check before you go)
- Good for: breakfast and brunch, families, big appetites
Where to stay
Stuff's is a few minutes from both of my homes, which makes it an easy first stop of the day. For more food picks, see things to do in Wisconsin Dells.
